Konfoong Materials International Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "KFMI") complies with the Responsible Minerals Initiative's requirements regarding the Code of Conduct and strictly prohibit the use of conflict minerals (tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold, collectively referred to as 3TG) from the Democratic Republic of the Congo or its adjoining countries, or any regions controlled by armed forces within Covered Country.
KFMI has incorporated the prohibition of "Conflict Minerals" into its supply chain management under the Supplier Green Product Policy, ensuring that the products provided by KFMI do not contain the aforementioned "Conflict Minerals."
KFMI commits to the following:
1) KFMI and upstream suppliers hold the social and environmental responsibilities, continuously address the topic on "Conflict Minerals," and strive to conduct thorough due diligence on the origin of 3TG materials into the supply chain.
2) KFMI do not accept "Conflict Minerals" originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo or its adjoining countries and regions.
3) KFMI suppliers are required to trace the sources of cobalt (Co), gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), and tungsten (W) contained in all products to ensure these metals are not derived from "Conflict Minerals."
4) KFMI’s suppliers must communicate this requirement to their upstream suppliers.
